We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. This policy applies only to physical goods and does not apply to virtual or digital services.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact reception. Please note that returns will need to be dropped off at the address specified by support.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as virtual services. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on virtual items, sale items, or gift cards.
If an overpayment is made, please contact reception during the virtual session or use the contact information provided in your confirmation email.
We will refund the overpayment amount through Stripe within 48 hours. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
